About The Artist

Eve LaBair is a 19 year-old, self-taught artist currently residing in the panhandle of Northwest Texas, but her origins began in the rural thumb of Michigan on her family's 4th-generation farm. As a child, Eve, grew fondly of old western productions such as Bonanza, as well as playing Cowboys and Indians with her siblings, and the highlight of her year, when she had the opportunity to ride her Aunt's trail horses.

After countless years of hard work and saving her pennies, Eve found a way to emerge herself in the rodeo industry alongside her horse Katie. She qualified for the National High School Finals Rodeo in Rock Springs, Wyoming in 2025 and is now currently a member of the Texas Tech Rodeo team in which she competes in team roping.

Although Eve has sketched and drawn as long as she can remember, her desire to share that passion didn't take off until moving to Texas. Being fully immersed in the sport of rodeo as well as seeing and meeting cowboys, ranchers, the ranches, and landscape she only ever dreamed about through stories and movies.

"I'd like to extend my thanks to each and every person who has encouraged me to chase my passions; with God, I have faith in stepping forward into this new chapter of my life.

From quiet nights with the sound of cattle grazing in lowly, small town Michigan to the wide open space and ranching heritage of west Texas - Solus Christus."
